Jason Jourdan is a seasoned creative professional, storyteller, graphic designer, copywriter, and brand strategist. His accomplishments include award-winning digital experiences for AEP Ohio and successful branding initiatives for Capital University's MBA, Durango Boots, ComicsPriceGuide, The Catholic Diocese of Columbus, and Union County, Ohio. 

While serving in agency leadership roles, Jason spearheaded digital customer engagement initiatives for energy utilities like PSEG LI, Entergy, Duke, and Consumers Energy. He also led co-marketing promotions for Chase Bank with Target, Sony, Disney, and Best Buy.

In 2005, Jason founded Novella Creative, offering creative services to a diverse group of B2B and consumer-facing clients. Through his consultancy, Jason managed a remote network of multi-disciplinary contractors to provide in-house marketing and brand teams with the strategic and creative power to achieve their marketing goals.

His record of results spans various industries, with chapter highlights like a Georgia Boot NASCAR promotion developed for Rocky Brands in partnership with NASCAR Champion Kevin Harvick.

Jason is a ‘Swiss Army Creative’ who directs, writes, designs, produces videos, illustrates, conceptualizes, and problem-solves. A creative director dedicated to growth and advancement for his associates, Jason believes strongly in the value of creative professionals in an organization and their potential as solution-finders and strategic thinkers. His understanding of creatives enables him to build multi-disciplinary, business-responsive teams that drive results and form brand audience connections. Jason thrives in active environments with opportunities to learn, contribute and grow.
